Air Conditioning Install – Grosvenor Square, Mayfair

We are excited to share these images from an installation we recently completed as part of a full refurbishment of a luxury flat in Grosvenor Square, Mayfair.

The main contractor was JW Project Services.

Ducted Daikin systems have been specified to twelve rooms in total, split across three VRV systems with the outdoor plant located on the roof. Bespoke colour-matched grilles and diffusers are the only visible element of the system within the rooms.

We also installed the Daikin Intelligent Touch centralised controller which allows the whole-house system to be controlled remotely and communicate with other services such as underfloor heating to avoid conflict.

This was just part of a much larger project where our electrical division also took on the mains distribution, general power supplies, Lutron lighting system, data and AV works.
