Air Conditioning Installation – Mr E Hampstead

We had a customer in Hampstead who had a ducted AC fan coil unit in his kitchen that had been installed by a previous AC contractor. He asked us to take a look as the room wasn’t getting as cool as he had expected. What we found was a concealed ducted fan coil unit in the ceiling of the adjacent store room that was completely strangulated on the supply and return sides. We fully re-engineered the layout of the ductwork from the original fan coil and added 2 additional grilles above built in kitchen appliances to improve the airflow to the room. A new return air path was designed to a grille underneath the unit and manufactured to allow access to the AC unit for servicing.
