AAC recently completed this 9 week design and build project for IMO who are relocating to Hatfield Business Park from North London. AAC installed a Daikin VRV 32HP air conditioning system to this new build mezzanine area within the main warehouse. Providing offices, labs, presentation suites and meeting rooms with heating / cooling as requested by the client. Heat recovery ventilation was also installed to all main areas, the ductwork & lighting within the open plan office areas were left exposed as no ceilings were installed for maximum natural light creating modern industrial feel to the overall environment.
