Commercial Air Conditioning – Melody Lane, Highbury

We were brought to this project by Mode Construction. We have designed and are installing a centralised heat recovery ventilation system to this new build 7,000 square foot three storey office block along with all local WC and kitchen extraction. To provide the heating and cooling we have specified a Daikin Air Conditioning system across the 6 wings spread over the 3 floors. We are installing a total of 21 indoor units split over 3 VRV systems plus some smaller split/twin split systems. All ducted indoor units and containment are to be left exposed with flat oval ductwork to supply grilles all giving a very industrial feel to the overall environment. All external plant will be positioned in a central roof plant room area. This project is due to complete mid-March 2017.
